Upon receiving the results of an MRI and learning that I did in fact have a herniated disk, I was worried I would either need very serious surgery or continue living my life in constant pain... After trying another physical therapy facility that didn't work, I did internet searches and heard from a co-worker about Premier Physical Therapy. After very little time the level of pain I was feeling began to diminish and I found myself needing to take less pain medications. As my time at Premier came to an end I was pain free and given a follow up plan which has worked superbly to continue my pain free living... I had ACL reconstruction and went to Premier Physical Therapy. I could tell from day one that I had lucked out by having been assigned to work with the therapist... one's PT is only as good as the practitioner and this therapist is a star! He was focused, warm, and professional. He was unfailing prepared for each session, aware of what we'd done at the previous session and how my recovery fit into expectations and norms. What particularly impresses me about therapy was the listening, paying attention to each movement and readily adjusts directions, based on outcomes.
