Located in Norwalk, Connecticut, our physical therapy clinic specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine rehabilitation. In addition to physical therapy and sports therapy & rehabilitation, the physical therapists at our Norwalk, CT office treat patients requiring neurological rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and balance & vestibular rehabilitation.
Driving Directions
- Take the Merritt Parkway to Exit #40A South (Main Avenue).

- Take I-95 to Exit #15, US-7 North (Norwalk/ Danbury).
- Take US-7 to Exit #2 (New Canaan Ave. / CT-123).
- Turn left at the end of the exit.
- Go 0.3 miles and turn left again on Main St.
- Premier is located on the right side in the former complex of “The Hour Publishing Co.”
